Tap the Cydia store icon on your jailbroken iPhone to launch the application.

Tap the "Manage" tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Sources" and tap the "Edit" button at the top of the Sources screen.

Tap the "Add" button on the next screen; then enter "http://cydia.hackulo.us" into the pop-up window. Tap the "Add Source" button. Press the "Home" button to return to the Home screen.

Tap the Cydia icon to re-enter the application; then tap "Sources." You will see the "Hackulo.us" listing appear on the Sources screen. Tap on that option.

Tap the "AppSync for OS 3.1" option on the next screen. The application will automatically install onto the device.

Tap the "Installous" option on the same screen. The application will automatically install on the device.

Reboot your iPhone 3.1.3 by pressing the "Power" and "Home" buttons together until the phone shuts off. It will automatically restart itself.

Tap the Installous icon to open the application. The default screen will show a listing of IPA apps. Tap the desired application on the list and it will automatically download and install onto your iPhone.
