Download a copy of the 4.2.1 iOS and place it in your C: root drive.

Extract all the files from the Redsn0w archive file and place them in your C: drive as well.

Connect your iPod to the computer via the USB cable.

Double-click the boot-ipt4g file. This will automatically launch the jailbreak procedure.

Click the "Next" button to begin the jailbreak.
