1. Attach the iPhone data cable to the bottom of your iPhone and connect the other end of the data cable to an available USB port on your computer.
2. Open the iTunes program on your computer.
3. Click your "iPhone," located under the "Devices" subsection of the iTunes window.
4. Click the "Restore" button.
5. Confirm that you want to restore your iPhone to its factory settings.
6. Wait while iTunes syncs with your iPhone and restores the device to its original factory settings. The restore will automatically remove the jailbreak. When the process is complete, iTunes will prompt you to remove your device from the data cable.
