1. Launch iTunes. Click "Start" from the System Tray located at the bottom of the desktop. Click "All Programs" and click "iTunes" from the list of applications.

2. Click "Videos" located under "Source" in the left pane of the iTunes application window.

3. Click "File" from the top menu and click "Add File to Library."

4. Browse to the movie in MP4 file format, click to select it and then click "Open." The video is then copied to your iTunes library.

5. Connect your iPod to your computer using the supplied USB 2.0 cable that came with your iPod.

6. Click "Videos" under "Source" in the left pane of iTunes. A list of movies available in your iTunes library will display in the center pane of the window.

7. Click and drag the movie of your choice to the "iPod" icon located under "Source" in the left pane. Your movie is now added to your iPod.
