1: Create new composition 512288, 4 sec, 30 fps, Square pixels
2:Create a new layer
3: Apply Trapcode Particular
4: Apply the following settings

5: Duplicate layer (Ctrl+D) and change plug-in settings. Set new parameters from screenshot below

6: Duplicate this layer and set transfer mode to Add. Add Fast blur effect (blurriness is 5.0).
7: Add Glow effect to layer from step 5. Set Glow parameters from screenshot below

8: Create a new 24 mm camera and a Null layer. Make Null a 3d layer.

9: Attach Null to your camera and animate Nulls Y rotation.
