First off go here and download Dolphin and run the program

after download it should look like this

then locate the place you want to extract the files
after you should have a file in the place you extracted it to
open it
it should look like this

after that run Dolphin.exe to see if it workes
then go to to download the games you want

Download anny game you want and put the iso of the game you downloaded in the Win32 folder
the more games you download it will eventuly look like this
