So are you having trouble opening cinema 4D? If the error message the program gives you looks like this:

I can help you!
1.
Ok first go ahead and open the folder containing your cinema 4D:

2.
Next, Right click on your desktop and hit "Screen resolution" like so:

Now you should this window pop-up:

Click on the advanced settings button.

Now you should this pop-up:

click "List all modes".

5.
Now this window should pop-up:

click "(Screen resolution), 256 colors, 60 hertz" (the key thing here is 256 colors the other 2 numbers depend on your computer.) click "OK" in that window only

6.
Now, you should be back at this screen:

Except the "Apply" option will be select able, hit apply and DO NOT hit ok to accepting changes.

7.
Quickly click over to your cinema 4D folder which should now look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
open Cinema 4D. While it is loading it should look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

8.
Alright your graphic settings window should look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
While cinema 4D is loading, WHILE, click "No" to apply changes.


The results:


If you did it correctly it should look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


If you did not do it correctly it will look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

i have the same error but i can still run it like normal. i only get this error when ever i dont close Cinema the right way File>Close Program.
