Collect every upgrade in the game.

Upgrades can be purchased from any of the three traders in the game; in Empire City, Dodge City or the Indian Trader near Magruder's Mine. To speak to the trader just press Y . In total there are 30 upgrades worth $1080. You can earn money by completing side missions and mining the gold ingots hidden around the world. By the end of it all you'll have more than enough money to buy every upgrade, so don't worry about running out of money. Once you purchase them all the achievement will unlock.
