Okay so many people are saying that Hotswapping is banned or not working, This is Not true I have Recently made A ISO and have hotswapped Countless times.If This tutorial did not work for you then you have burnt your iso wrong

Step 1
Have the Disk you would like to hotswap In my case Call of Duty 4 in Your case W@W. Press the Y button to go to game details
Step 3
Get Ready Because Once You Press Install Game You Are Going to immediatly Grab the Disk as I do in the Picture Below And Switch it With the Modded Iso

The Modded Iso Will Begin Downloading To Your Hard Drive If Not Then you Did I wrong And Must Try Again.

I think that way might be patched, hence why his xbox is opened.
