This tutorial is on how to find the unmarked crow vic police car on gta v. It is fairly easy.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be FRANKLIN
2. Go to the stranger thing it should look like this B2 on your map near downtown in the city.

-
Once you go there you just talk to the guy. About 8 minutes after talking to him he will send you a TEXT and tell you to view your map and go pick up a package for him. There will be 2 green circles on your map. Go to the one closest to the green forest/leaving the city. Once you get there in the green zone a blue dot will appear telling you to get in the truck. DONT DO IT. Walk around until you find the crow vic(Which has 2 spot lights, 2 officers in it, LED lights on the inside, brush guard on front) and well shoot the cops and then put in the no cop cheat or just hide until time counts down and runs out or blow up the truck that he wants you to get. Well last after you do one of them all making you fail the mission simply click NO when it ask if you want to redo it. It will spawn you back in the unmarked police car and well do the player swap vehicle repair glitch found HERE!!!.

I never even thought that there was something like this in GTAV until now. This looks like an excellent car to add to me collection so i will be sure to try and get it. Thanks for the tutorial
