This is a easy as could be tutorial. All you half to do is go to the desert or forest and well get 4 stars (Cheat or legit) and look for the sheriff suv truck. Put in the NO cop cheat then jack it and re enter the cheat or jack it and hide for a long time (dont matter). After that get in, Save the game, Reload the game and there you go brand new sheriff suv.
