How to get 100% on Mission 3 or Repossession in GTA 5 or Grand Theft Auto V. To get 100% in this mission you must complete 4 Goals, which are as follows:
1. Not a Scratch = Deliver the repo car with minimal damage.
2. Focused = Use Franklin's Special ability for 7 seconds
3. Winner = beat Lamar in the Race.
4. We come in Peace = Avoid hitting any aliens in the movie studio

Getting gold completion on this was actually much more tedious then it sounds in my case. "Not a Scratch" took me multiple attempts to pull off in conjunction with everything else
