How to find and fly the Atomic Blimp in GTA 5 or Grand Theft Auto V. In order to have access to the blimp you must have pre ordered GTA5. Then you must call the blimp service from your Phone to arrange a flight. The Blimp will then become available to fly from the Vinewood Race Track in the centre of the track.

Katsumi Damn, i wish i could get access to the blimp. I didn't preorder Grand Theft Auto V unfortunately
I believe at this point it will allow you to get it from the marketplace for free.
