The rotating head puzzle is found whilst in the labyrinth and can seem a bit daunting at first with all the sides and colours of the faces.
It can be simple after a little thought. The Rotating Head controls through room next to it. Rotate the head to rotate the room. The objective is to get one door near the puzzle and one door at the opposite end of the room.
Solution
Turn it until the yellow head is upside down or press UP, UP, and LEFT to rotate the room to the correct position
