Select the UFO skill game.
Steer the UFO right past the finish line until you reach a tall building, slowly descend into it through the chimney. If you don't make it within 30 seconds the light will turn red and you will die so you have to be quick.
Slow down by pushing the opposite way to the direction you are travelling.
You will have to steer your way through a small maze and land on a pad. Achievement unlocked.

This doesn't seem that difficult to achieve, I dont have it unlocked yet but just by looking at the video.
