Throughout the game during boss fights, there will be these pillars that can be used against the enemy.
During a fight with the Hunter, you will notice one of these usable pillars in the middle of the area. To use this you will do a 3 hit combo, once the Hunter is under this pillar, a mini game will pop up. You will basically win this game, and hit the enemy for one hit. Unlocking the achievement.
