At the start of the race, you'll just want to race and distance yourself from opponents, and run the track until your 50% complete, which is indicated by the red gauge on the bottom left hand side. After this mark, there will be a 90 degree right hand turn, followed by a small curve in the road with a cliff on the right hand side. You'll want to take your car and steer into this cliff, in such a way that you get airborne and thrown off balance into the track. If done properly, you'll begin to roll (side over side) and then come to a stop. You'll land on your wheels almost every time so don't worry about that either. Also, if your car does not start rolling, just use your flashback and try to hit the cliff again in a slightly different way. View the video below for more help.
