Player Health - x4.0
Classic Health System - On
Enemy Health - x1.0
Enemy Accuracy - High
Radar Mode - Off
Susipicion Indicators - Off
Marksman - Off
Time Limit - On
Paintball - Off
Ragdoll - Off
Difficulty Rating - 1.64
All you have to do is run through the entire mission not killing anyone as your health multiplier is very high. Simply follow the route shown in this video by
