Description:Receive 25 kisses from the ladies.

Go to the girls dorms and pick the flowers from the front.
Walk up to a girl your age target with LT and press A to flirt, press A to give them some flowers and press A again to kiss them.
You can kiss a girl more than once and it still counts, if you kiss more than one girl quickly then you will probably get a slap or knee.

I managed to pick up this achievement naturally near the end of the game. It isn't too difficult at all, as are most achievements in bully
