At Ray's Cafe, find the bloodstained knife on your first sweep of the crime scene.

Difficulty: EASY
When you get to the crime scene and all the formalities are complete, go to the alleyway between Rays Cafe and the other building on its left. You should see two dustbins and the one on the left is a knife. Pick it up and investigate it further. When you have a chance, head to the coroner and mention it. You will then get the achievement.
