To get this achievement you should use Muhammad Ali because he is the closest boxer to the skill level of Mike Tyson (if not better). When picking your character press Y and change the settings so the boxer settings are all the way up and CPU settings are low. Make sure you throw smart punches. Take your time, don't always try to knock him out in the first round, but if you think your good enough go for it.
