I suggest finding a Needler to get this one done since it's a bit easier. Just start shooting an enemy and if they explode (a medal will appear on your screen) then that means you've correctly done it. You just have to get 10 of those kills without dying or else the meter will reset and you'll have to get 10 more kills.

I didn't find this achievement to hard to get. The Needler is one of my favorite weapons from Halo Reach so this actually came quite naturally to me
