This achievement will take some time and will pop once you have mastered 16 courses.
Every time you play on a course you have the chance to complete objectives for that course. To see your current objectives go to Road to the Masters - My Career - Course Mastery.
You can see which courses you have at which level. The higher your level on that particular course, the better your Caddie is at picking a decent shot out.
