Save the farmer
This is done on the Hunted mission. When you first come to a building, you should look out the windows and see a farmer being harassed by 3 enemies. To get this achievement, all you have to do is kill the enemies that are harassing him. You MUST wait until Price gives the order to get rid of them, or you will not get the achievement.

I managed to get this achievement naturally without needing a guide. While missable i don't think that too many people will have any big problems with it
