You have completed time trials using cars from each class of Rally
The classes are as follows:
Rally
Open
S2000
90s
Group B
80s
70s
60s
PRO
RAID (This class is not needed for the achievement)
My suggestion is to select Single Player and then Time Trial from the main menu. Go class by class, on the track "Crocodile Point" in Kenya, as it is the shortest rally track available. Once you register a time trial time with each class, the achievement should unlock.
