A really easy level to get this is on the Resistance mission What-If: Operation Babel. As an engineer, do either of the secondary objectives "Construct Main Barricade" and "Construct Side Barricade". If you keep dying, set up a private freeplay game with no bots on the map "Shipyard". You can now create it without trouble. If you start as resistance, change teams via in game Start menu

I have actually never achieved this one before, i didn't even know it was possible to cut off an enemies shortcut until now. Thanks for the tutorial and i will be sure to give it a try :)
