Black Ops II - Hey Good Looking Achievement
Plastic surgery avoided
This will be done on the fifth mission: "Fallen Angel".
At the end of the mission, you will find yourself back in a car, as you are driving a helicopter will crash ahead of you, then a pipe will explode with flames coming out of it.
Instead of driving through the flames, keep to the right and head around/underneath it. If you've done this right, you won't get hurt and the achievement will unlock.
