Find and claim this skull on Normal difficulty or Harder
On the last mission, follow the path normally, you will reach a cave, hug the right wall and eventually it will break off into a small path to the right, and the end of this path you will find the skull. Pick it up as if it were a regular weapon and the achievement will unlock.
