Halo: Reach - Both Barrels Achievement
Noble 1: Earn a Double Kill with the shotgun in multiplayer Matchmaking
For this achievement, you will need to earn the double kill(get 2 kills within 4 seconds of each other) medal while using the shotgun. You can play mostly any gamemode that spawns weapons to get this, only if the map has the shotgun spawn. This is easiest done in the Living Dead playlist, as you spawn with a shotgun.
Very simple, and easy to get. You should have no trouble getting this achievement.

The living dead playlist is sure the way to go with this one. It actually took me a while to get this but seeming that the shoutgun was pretty overpowered in reach i managed to get it with a bit of luck

You would think that you'd need the map pack (Noble) but you don't, I got this on Sword Base!
