Far Cry 3 - Island Liberator
There are a total of 34 Outposts located throughout the islands, Vass's/Hoyt's men and control certain areas of the map (shown in red) and are represented by a Flag icon. You will need to take out all of the enemies in and on the outside of the Outposts to clear them out and take control.
Take all of them out and unlock the achievement.
