Black Ops II - Happy Hour Achievement

Unlocked by Buying 2 different perks before you turn the power on TranZit.

This is very easy to unlock.

At the spawn point, find all 3 parts and build the turbine.

Once it's built, head over to the town by running there.(Go outside and follow the trail to the left, go to the far right of the lava pit to jump across safely) Visit the bank. Deposit enough money to buy Juggernog and Stamin-Up. Go to the building you passed as you entered the town, open the door and use the turbine to power the perk machine, buy it.

Now go over to the other building located on the opposite side of the town. Open the door, turn to the left and you will find StaminUp, power it with the turbine. And buy the perk.

As soon as you buy the second perk, you will unlock the achievement.
