Just a guide on how to get the Spiritual Healing Achievement. Follow what to do below and you'll get the achievement.
Spiritual Healing: 15G
Pray at all of the Health Shrines.
All around Hong Kong their is Health Shrines. In total there is 50 of them. They are red with a glowing shine. So they are pretty hard to miss. Also throughout collecting the shrines it will increase your max amount of health.
