For this tutorial you will need:

A JTAG

A data transfer cable

A hard drive or memcard that has about 8GB of space

Xport 360 or Xplorer360 (Im using Xport 360)

WX360 (can be found on Deany95's website)

A copy of the title update 6 (go to deany95.com click shared JTAG Files > Games > Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 > Xbox 360 > Title Updates ) and you have the title updates.



1. To start of you need to have a download of xexmenu (go to deany95.com go to Shares > JTAG Files > Dashboards > XeXMenu

click the XeXMenu_v1.1_XEX.rar and download it.) Once it is downloaded extract it.



2. When you are done extracting it. There should be a folder named CODE9999.



3. Go to Xport360 (MAKE SURE YOUR XBOX HDD IS CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPUTER WITH A TRANSFER CABLE).

Select your device and then click it, Then partition 3, Then Content Then Look for the file named 0000000000000000.

Click the + Sign on the folder named 0000000000000000



Drag the folder named CODE9999 into 0000000000000000



Until It looks like this :

Now you have xexmenu installed on your JTAG.


4. Now you have to get a copy of MW2 iso. I cannot give it to you because of rules, but check torrent sites.
Once you get that iso file. Make a folder on your desktop and name it MW2 that should look like this.

Open the Iso image of Modern Warfare 2 with wx360. Once it loads up highlight all files in the iso or just click "Ctrl a" then you right click and click extract all. Extarct the files to the folder named MW2 on your desktop. When you open it, it should look like this.

5. What you need to do now is download this patch its called dudeitsbrian. (This will allow you to host lobby's.) Full Credit goes to dudeitsbrians.

When it downloads extract the file and you will end up with this.

When you open that folder you will have 2 options: Verification or No Verification.

If you are hosting lobby's I suggest you use Verification.

You will have this patch that will allow you host lobby's. So send the patch into the folder named MW2.

Now you have to send that folder to your HDD or memcard that has over 8GB of space.


Once that Is done, you need download the TU6.

Once that Is done you send it to a normal usb flash drive.

It should look like this.

Once that Is done connect both Devices to your JTAG console.

Then Switch on your console.

When you start it up go to Game Menu

When you click into it you will see Xexmenu:

Start xexmenu.

Then press RB on your remote till you get to this screen.

When you get to the screen that says recycling bin etc. Click X on remote and you will be presented with a list of devices to choose from:

Click Usb 1 and you will be brought to a screen that looks like this:

Click Y on the Title update and then select copy:

Once you are in the the folder that says Cache click Y on the remote and press Paste

Once that Is copied go back to the menu that says Recyclin.bin and underneath that there should be a folder named games click that and click MW2 and then your done!

Then your can connect to live and host lobbys
