Here is a tut on how to hotswap without opening you xbox...
*Note*- You Must Have a BENQ Drive, Look up how to tell on youtube, i have seen some reports of Hitachi drives working, but im not sure...
Steps
1.) Turn on the 360, sign in, and insert the normal Game disc into the tray.
2.)Go to the "My Xbox" Tab, Press y for "Game info" while on the "Play Game" Section
3.) Start the Install, then open your xbox as fast as you can, and place in the modded disk, close it, and let it install..
VOILA! You have now hotswapped without opening your Xbox
