Waste your life away with Baghead.
When you meet baghead he will ask you for cheap moonshine, find some cheap moonshine and give it to him. He will also ask you for rats, and really nice moonshine. Once you give him all the items a cutscene will activate and end credits. But don't worry it won't end the game for good.
Achievement is worth 25 Gamerscore.
