In Mortal Shell you will find growing mushrooms on the ground, they take around 5 minutes to respawn per mushroom. There is 2 different types of mushrooms, there is red and orange (Weltcaps). Here is a farming guide to unlock this achievement faster, this can be done in a normal play through.
