Defeat the Queen.
The Queen is the boss fight at the end of level 5 - "The Hive of the Mantids". Your best chance is to keep moving around the edges of the arena and use weapons like the firestorm cannon. Ammo should respawn for any weapons you don't have full so try and collect it when you can.
Achievement is worth 100 Gamerscore.
