Kill 2 rappelling enemies in a row before they land on their feet.
You can earn this on the mission Exodus. Towards the start you'll notice a Fire engine. Shortly after that on your left some helicopters will start to drop off more enemies. Simply just shoot two enemies whilst they're repelling down from the helicopter with you Scar-H.
Achievement is worth 10 gamerscore.
