Go to walmart and get a xbox 360 usb for 20$ 8gb then:
1.Download usb Xtaf v4.4 and horizon/modio and hex EDITOR
2.Then play your rookie game and get drafted
3. Now(this is key) APPLY some skill points then save to usb
4.Open usb xtaf and load device
5.Click data prtition then keep clicking until you get to your save
6.Right click it and extract it to somewhere you can remember (desktop is best) then DELETE the one on your device, then minimize usb xtaf window
7.Now open up hex editor. Click open a file and open your save
8.Now click ctrl+G/or go to search and goto
9. Now type in the offset 00273130 or 00273140 and go to it
10.Now type in 01 99 01 99..... until end of line then save/ctrl+S
11.Now open Modio 3.0 or Horizon then open save
12. Rehash and resign. (Its Quick Fix for Horizon)
13.Now go back to usb v4.4 and inject the file
14..Load and apply skill points!
