Destroy a Charlie Doll.

Simply destroy any Charlie Doll with a gunshot or knife swipe.
The very first Doll can be destroyed when Jill meets Carlos. When you regain control of Jill after the cutscene it will spawn you near a tall staircase leading to the streets of the city. Going forward to follow Carlos is the story pathway to which you will enter the subway station. Turn around and go up the stairs to the street level. Between two magazine vending machines on the right side of the staircase there will be a Charlie Doll sitting on the sidewalk.
