Description: Win a mission with an all-female squad. Single player only.
How to Earn: Just fill all of your team slots available with female characters.
The sooner you attempt this the easier it will be as missions get progressively harder further into the game, so having a team of female rookies could add to the difficulty. If you dont have enough ladies to fill out you team you can go to the barracks and hire a few more team members.
Edit - 1) You can create a second save file the day before your new soldiers arrive.This way if you dont get a female you can just reload and try again. saving yourself money and time. - credit to Lewd Llama 69 for the idea.
2) The achievement might not be able to be earned if you have a female psionic in the squad. - Error Success
3) If you are rescuing a MALE VIP achievement wont unlock
