Paperboy The Hard Way 25 Gamerscore.
Run over 5 bikers.
The best way to and easiest is go to the Time Trial mode. You must choose the map titled "The Village - Race 3".
On the start of the Time Trial you will notice him the character who you have to get and then it's down to you to gun after him in your scooter and then knock him off via walking stick or the brute ramming. Once you knock him off you can immediately restart the race and start the cycle over again.
