Description: First off, visit the Gameplay Settings in the Options menu.
Set the difficulty to Legend and put all of the AI's sliders down.
(I've had trouble unlocking achievements on lower difficulties, so just do this to make sure it will actually unlock)

Then go to: Exhibition > One on One > Ladder

Choose whichever superstars you want, it doesn't really matter.
(I had Jeff Hardy v Snitsky)

Beat your opponent with the ladder, until you've built up enough momentum to enable you to perform a finisher.
(Should only take a few seconds)

Set the ladder up close to the ropes, climb the ladder, wait for your opponent to climb the ladder and as soon as they reach the top, hit Y to suplex them out of the ring. Achievement Unlocked
