Sim through a year of GM mode. Create 10 titles. use the RB button to quickly get to the 'Buy' screen when making titles; it'll save you some time.
When you're boosting 30 win streak, do title matches, as these stack. Your friend gets his 30 wins, and the achievement, then you win your 10 titles back from him while getting your 30 wins.
