Simulate entire season on easy until right before Wrestlemania. Save you game now change difficulty to Normal Hard or Legend depending on which you need. Now continue season to Wrestlemania you can sim last match. When the credits roll the achievement will pop. As soon as achievement pops back out to dashboard and reload your save and change the difficulty to the next and rinse and repeat.
