Easy- go to multiplayer lobby, select a room w/3 human players. Aim for Partner Uno or Elimination. I personally believe it is easier to do this in the game mode: Partner Uno because, your partner's wins count as yours' as well. The asiest way to do this would to set up a boosting lobby with a few buddies and take turns winning.
