Ok, after you get the Zombrex at the beginning of the game you'll have to push the bin with the motorcycle inside, well unlike all other weapons its indestructible and it's pretty easy to use. The zombies will thin out if you don't move locations and it may not kill every zombie with one hit but, all the ones that didn't die on first go will die on the second.

Hint: Starting a fresh game with zero kills and going to 1,000 by using the cart only takes around 25 minutes.
