Play 10 spins of Roulette

The easiest way to get this achievement is to go to the town of Freeside. Make your way to the Atomic Wrangler Casino, which is down the street from King's School of Impersonation and across the street from Silver Rush (the Van Graff's energy weapon shop). Once inside, walk to the back and exchange at least ten caps for chips from the cashier. Then all you have to do is activate the Roulette table to start playing. Make a 1 cap bet (or more, if you're really in the mood to do some gambling) on any of the spots on the table and spin the wheel. Keep placing bets and spinning the wheel. After ten rounds, your achievement should pop. I've heard that sometimes you have to back out of the table in order for the achievement to unlock, so if you know you've played over ten rounds and you haven't unlocked it, make sure to try backing out.
