The Stim-ply Amazing achievement for Fallout: New Vegas is worth 15 G
Best method to get this, save up stim-packs, then go under water. Hot key your stim-packs (super stim-packs counts towards this too) and take stim-packs as needs while you're drowning. Should only take a minute or two to get this achievement.
