This achievement is won simply by fighting a venom infected enemy (Titan) without using a single one of your available gadgets. The fastest way to get this is achievement is when the Joker infects his minions and leaves them for you to deal with. Dodge their initial attacks by double-tapping "A" when they charge at you and try to have them injure each other. The perfect time to initiate your combo is when you see the Titan cover his face with one hand and striking wildly (Nevertheless while blinded) with the other. Eventually after weakening one of them enough you can ride that Titan and attack/whack/smack the other one. Rinse and repeat until both beasts are finished.
